FAQ ( Frequently Asked Questions)
How do I get started working with EKGraphix?
First, you Request a Quote and fill out the Project Quote Form and submit it. We will contact you with the quote for how much it will cost to do your project. If you need us immediately please contact us at: (803)-702-0611. If you decide to move forward with EKGraphix, we will email you over a Contract Agreement. Once the contract agreement has been signed you will then be billed an invoice. The invoice can be paid on the website or through Paypal. After payment has been received services will then begin.
I live in another state, do we have to meet in person?
No, we do not have to meet in person. We take clients all over the world. Currently we are meeting with clients local in the South & North Carolina areas but it is not mandatory for us to meet. Only per clients request. Everything can be done by internet or phone as communication.
How do you accept payment?
If local (South & North Carolina) payments can be made in Cash, Debit Card or Credit Card in person. Also we accept Debit/Credit Card payments through Paypal (Invoice will be sent) or on the website. If you're not local payments can be made by Debit/Credit Card through Paypal (upon invoice) or on the website. A 50% deposit must be made on projects before the designer begins work. The remaining balance is due before final files can be released. If the order is under $100, a full payment must be made. This can be paid through the invoice that is sent or on the website. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE to account for the designer's time once the design or marketing process has started.
How will I receive my project once it is finished?
Once the project has been marked completed after all balances have been paid, you will receieve your final files through email, google drive or dropbox. If you would like to have a flash drive mailed to you with all of the files on there please request that. An additional $7 fee will be charged if you decide to get the flash drive mailed to your location.
Do you print?
Yes, I can print your materials but that will cost extra through my outsourced printer. If not, you will be emailed the final high resolution PDF & JPEG files through email and you can take those files to your preferred print company.
